“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Dirty. Rooftop was closed but didn’t say that anywhere on website. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Just overall gross and hotel had weird smell. Would not recommend”

“My room wasn’t clean (floor), microwave wasn’t working and my food got locked in it and the cord to the phone was broken 😡 in one room and the other room, the ac wasn’t cooling and it smelled moldy. Told the staff, but they didn’t have house keeping around and had to get the broom from the front desk to sweep room one! Very disappointed ☹️ and unsatisfied!”

“Overall.. a pleasant experience, considering the rate was really reasonable.The room I was originally in was clean, however it had a really weird almost unbearable smell.. but as soon as I complained, I was accommodated without a problem.. my new room was clean and nice with no smell.. overall clean place, pretty up to date with helpful friendly staff.. and a safe environment.. I would book again and recommend to others”
